Who runs Ayavid
Ayavid is a product of Work Mates LLC. Questions about this draft or your information can go to workmatesllc@workmatesgo.com.
Information used by the studio
- Your account: email address, account identifier and sign-in session information.
- Your creative work: project names, briefs, scene prompts, Ayannah conversations, references, uploaded media, selected takes, captions, narration and saved editing choices.
- Service records: generation requests, results, errors and usage reservations that help prevent duplicate paid requests and keep the studio working.
- Billing records: payment-provider identifiers, credit balances and transaction status when billing is used. Public payments are currently closed; the alpha billing checks use Stripe sandbox transactions.
- Support: information you choose to send when asking for help. Hosting and account providers also process technical information associated with requests, such as network and browser details.
When information reaches AI providers
Creating an image, video or narration requires sending its prompt, text or relevant reference material to the selected provider. Ayannah sends the conversation context needed for its response. The current connections include OpenAI, Anthropic and Runway; the request determines which connection is used.
A private project is not a promise that its contents stay on your device. Avoid uploading secrets, sensitive personal records, or material you are not authorized to share with a service provider. Provider processing, retention and model-training settings must be reviewed for the final launch policy; this draft makes no blanket training or deletion promise.
Storage and other service providers
Supabase provides account services, project data and private media storage. Vercel hosts the app. Resend delivers sign-in emails. Stripe processes billing connections and transaction events. Work Mates uses these services to operate the studio and may need to investigate records when resolving a request or service problem.
Saved projects and media are associated with their account owner and served through authenticated routes. These controls do not make any online service risk-free. Processing locations and applicable provider agreements are part of the launch review.
What stays in your browser
Movie exports are assembled on your device. A locally selected soundtrack and the resulting export need to be downloaded or selected again when the browser session ends. Saved AI narration and uploaded project media are stored with your project. Session storage or cookies support sign-in and normal studio operation.
Retention, access and deletion requests
The alpha has not adopted a finalized retention schedule or self-service account deletion flow. Contact Work Mates to request access, corrections or deletion of your account information and saved work. Account ownership may need to be verified before information is disclosed or removed.
Removal from active storage, backups and provider systems can follow different processes. We will explain the applicable process rather than promise an unverified deletion deadline. Keep a downloaded copy of important creative work.

Use the support page or email Work Mates with the account email and a brief description. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or full payment-card details.
