Create with care.
Working expectations for testing Ayavid while Work Mates prepares the commercial service.
This describes the current alpha. Work Mates is reviewing its launch policies; this page is not a finalized commercial policy.
The current service
Ayavid is a private alpha operated by Work Mates LLC. Features, provider availability and limits can change as the product develops. This draft is not a finalized commercial agreement, a service-level commitment or an offer of paid plans.
Use an account you control and keep sign-in codes private. Generation and narration access are limited to approved alpha accounts. Do not attempt to bypass account, storage or usage limits.
Your inputs and permissions
Only submit material you own or have permission to use, including images, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks and client information. Make sure you have the permissions needed for the purpose of the finished work.
Your requests involve processing and storing inputs through Ayavid and the relevant service providers. See the privacy draft before submitting confidential or sensitive material.
Review generated work before sharing it
AI output can contain mistakes, unwanted details or similarities to other work. Check the result for accuracy, permissions and suitability before publishing it. Ayannah’s suggestions are creative assistance and do not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Output rights depend on the relevant provider terms and applicable law. This draft does not promise exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility, clearance for every commercial use, or a result that is unique to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Ayavid for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment or infringement of others’ rights.
- Do not create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Do not upload malicious files, extract other users’ data, interfere with the service or use someone else’s identity without authorization.
- Follow the selected AI provider’s content and usage restrictions.
Work Mates may restrict alpha access to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Generation requests and costs
Generation estimates help you decide before submitting a request. A failed or interrupted response does not always mean the provider never accepted it. If a request is uncertain, contact support before repeating it; another request can create another provider charge.
Public credit sales remain closed. Sandbox transactions are tests. Draft pack prices are not live offers. Commercial pricing, credit expiry, cancellations and refunds must be finalized and clearly presented before real customer purchases open; no refund guarantee is made in this draft.
Your saved work and exports
Save editing changes and download important outputs. Browser exports and locally selected audio are affected by the device and browser session. The alpha does not yet promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention, a particular output quality or guaranteed recovery of lost work.
